Subject: Hauling from Pa to New Mexico
Comment: Mr Roundtree hauled a Trakehner mare that I sold to a lady in NM. He is very competent and caring and did a top notch job. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Subject: hauling my horse
Comment: Tom hauled a horse for me from Missouri to Pa. He was in contact with me the whole time. He did exactly what he said he would do and was very, very reasonable. In fact, I'm having him haul another horse this week from Alabama to Pa.

Subject: Poor horse transport: KY to AR
Comment: Hello,
I am the person who met with Tom to pick up the mares, and I am part owner in the mare which was picked up in KY. I would think there would be things you would like to ask me in connection with all this. I am most dissatisfied with his service, and he stood in the parking lot of the Henderson County Fairplex here in Athens and told both Denise Palmer and I that he never unloaded the horses until he got to Arkansas. He told us this in front of other witnesses.

Subject: Bad horse haul experience
Comment: >this hauler did not call, would not return calls especially since he was hauling in an ice storm, would have been nice to know if my horse was okay, she looked horrible when she got off of his trailer, which she stayed on for 5 days strait with no grain, when we got her she drank 5 gallons of water and looked like she had lost 200lbs, MY HORSE
LOOKED HORRIBLE, AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, ISNT CUSTOMER
COMMUNICATION PART OF A BUSINESS??? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HAULER
TO ANYONE.
