I have used a number of haulers and have never been so pleased with the service..Not even close. You are a true horseman and your concern for the horse is obvious. Your equipment was fantastic; clean, airy and roomy. Your demeanor with my colt was kind and gentle. He arrived spunky and fresh as though he just left my barn.. Not like he had traveled over 1000 miles. The care you took with him showed in how well he hauled and how fast he settled into his new home. The price you charged was, by far, well worth the care you took. As long as you are in the hauling business you will be the only hauler I will use. I have, and will continue to, recommend you to anyone considering moving a horse.

Subject: Terry is one of the "Good Guys"
Comment: Terry is absolutely THE BEST!!! He is my hero and I wouldn't consider anyone else to haul my horse. I have trailered my own horses half way across the country and know what it takes to care for them properly. Terry goes the extra mile. Between his knowledge and care you couldn't ask for anyone better to trust with your horse's care. His concern for us as horse owner's was just as great. Once he picked my horse up he called me at least once a day to let me know how things were going. He even called me after the shipment was made to assure me the new owners would give my horse a great home and that they were genuinely excited and pleased when my horse came off the trailer. This was so important to me because this was the first horse I have sold in 38 years of horse ownership! I can not say enough about him and the job he did. I would recommend him to anyone and will never consider anyone else. I hope he is around for a long time. It is so refreshing in our society today to meet a guy who is so sincere and honest and just goes the extra mile because he cares! Thanks for opprtunity to do business with you, Terry!

Subject: Terry Herneisen - Horse Hauler
Comment: I used Terry to haul my horse from Florida to Arizona in December 2008 and I could not say enough about what a wonderful job he did. He was helpful and respectful of myself and my horse from the very beginning. He went out of his way to be sure that I was in Florida to load her and then that I would be at the other end, in AZ, to take her off the trailer. He kept me informed the whole 5 days she was on the road giving me all the information I needed to know she was well taken care of. Terry is a true horseman and horse lover.....not to mention dog lover as he travels with his beautiful dogs. The people at the barn in Florida and Arizona couldn't believe he was real. At the barn in AZ, the owner said the next day after she arrived, that he had seen a lot of horses transported but he had NEVER seen a horse SO calm and confident as my horse was on Terry's trailer and as she got off. No nervousness or jumping off! I told him yes it is some of what I have done with her but it was TERRY. So I feel blessed that my most precious cargo had the gift of being taken across the nation in such gentle and loving hands. Thanks to Terry my horse arrived in the same shape she was in when she left Florida! And one more thing that stands out to me. I didn't tell Terry that my horse has problems with soft hooves at times from the wet Fl. ground and that I put hoof hardner on her hooves as I figured he had enought to do. So when she arrived I took her to her paddock and went to clean her hooves expecting them to be wet from being in the stall all those days but to my surprise they were DRY. Subject: Excellent Hauler
Comment: Terri hauled my beautiful horse from Florida to Arizona in December 08. I was very concerend about finding a hauler I could trust with my most precious cargo but someone higher up was looking out for us when we found Terri. She made the trip with no problems and NO STRESS. She was totally comfortable with Terri and I could tell she trusted him. Having been a race horse that was severely traumatized by her race experience this is a majoy accomplishment. The barn that she came from couldn't believe Terri was real and the barn that he took her to in AZ was even more amazed. The owner said to me the next day, after she arrived, that he had seen a lot of horses tranported but he had NEVER seen a horse get off a trailer that calm and that a peace. I know it is some of what I have done with her but it is also Terri. I am so thankful he passed through our lives. Please know if you send your horse on the road with Terri he/she will get the upmost respect and care. Thanks Terri!!!!!!!!!!!

Subject: Oregon to Newfoundland!
Comment: Terry can truly say that he has gone coast to coast, from Oregon to Newfoundland, the most Easterly point in North America! Buying horses in Oregon was one thing but how to get them home over 4000 miles away was frightening! I was so concerned about getting my horses home safety, but Terry came highly recommended, and he came through with flying colors. I could tell he truly loves animals! He is a GREAT hauler and person, and he kept me informed all throughout the journey and got them here safely even after a rough ferry crossing. I would highly recommend Terry, you will Not be disappointed !

Subject: Terry is SUPER with the horses
Comment: Terry took a pony from WI to Nova Scotia for us and did a superb job. The pony was an inexperienced traveler and he took his time and really got to know the pony and what he liked and didn't like and the pony arrived in Canada fresh and rested. Will definitely use again.

Comment: Terry was fabulous with my 18month Pinto Oldenberg dream horse! I'm not sure who was more nervous about the journey the breeder or myself but Terry got her here looking great!!! She didn't lose any weight, drank lots of water and enjoyed her horse motel stay as Terry ensured another youngster was turned out in an adjacent paddock to keep her company ;0) Can't say enough great things about the service!!

Subject: Majo Transport review
Comment: My experience shipping 4 horses across the country with Terry was outstanding. He went well above and beyond what he had to do to make sure that my horses were well maintained, relaxed, and happy. One was my 32 year old with a few special needs. Terry made sure that his needs were met. All arrived in perfect shape! I would definitely use Terry again, if needed. And, I will be happy to serve as a reference for him, if anyone wants to contact me!

Comment: Terry shipped my 3 horses from CA to MT and his service is excellent. When my young horse became ill, Terry was up all night with him and found a vet for treatment. My horses arrived in great shape and Terry kept me notified of everything along the way. I would definitely recommend his services!

Subject: Driving Mr. Ed
Comment: When my daughter went off to college in Ohio in the fall of 2004 I was faced with trying to find a reputable person with whom to entrust her precious Arab, Eddie. Having no experience with transporting horses I was at the mercy of whomever I chose. Lucky for me (not to mention my daughter and Eddie), I found Terry! He has hauled Eddie to and from Ohio both directions ever since. Terry is first and foremost and horseman! He is gentle and infinitely patient with the animals and his main priority is their safety. Never is this more evident than when he's loading our Mr. Ed, who has an affinity for taking his sweet time getting on the trailer. Eddie always arrives at the end of the trip as fresh as a daisy as he's had plenty of room with lots of clean, soft shavings and more than adequate food and water. You'd never know he'd been on an all day road trip. Terry keeps in touch multiple times per day with updates as to his progress and the condition of your horse. I will never use another hauler and would recommend Terry with the utmost confidence that your horse will receive the same royal treatment. Thanks Terry for everything!

Subject: Wonderful experience
Comment: This was the first time I have had to have a horse transported - and I was tense!! Terry made the entire experience terrific. From my pre-move jitters to the delivery he kept in touch with me regularly, calling me each time he stopped to check the horses (which he does every couple of hours). His box stalls are incredible, and the horses are comfortable and relaxed with plenty of water and hay, and room to move. The comfort and safety of the horses is his #1 priority - of course he cares about his schedule, but the horses come first and foremost. (And he did indeed arrive right on schedule). His pricing was competitive and I would not transport with anyone else!

Subject: When You Want Nothing But The Best
Comment: Hauling with Majo Country Transport is like sending your horse to a 5 star spa that is under the supervision of a Manager who loves their job. We recently had Terry haul our Morgan stallion Zipper from Sasakwa, Oklahoma to Lacombe, Alberta and couldn't have been more pleased. From the get go Terry kept us informed of not only the health of our boy but on weather conditions and how things were progressing. Never once were we left to wonder how things were going. Even when they got stranded in a snow storm in Kansas and the roads were closed we never once worried about the well being of Zipper. The love that Terry has for animals and especially the horses in his care comes through loud and clear. When Zipper hopped off the trailer after several days on the road, one would have thought he had just been loaded that morning.
If your horse's well being and your peace of mind are of great importance to you, then your only choice is to call Majo Country Transport.

Subject: Arizona to Canada
Comment: Terry transported my arabian mare from Phoenix, Arizona to Sault Ste. Marie, Canada. He was great at keeping in touch, letting me where he was and how my horse was doing. He obviously cares alot about the horses he transport and my young horse arrived in excellent condition despite 5 days travelling. The box stall is well worth the extra cost for long distance travel. I would definitely recommend Terry and will use him for any future transportation needs.

Subject: Terry is the Best!
Comment: I could not have had better care for my horse! I imported a 1. prize Stallion from Iceland, and Terry had to pick him up in NY to come all the way to Northern BC. Coming onto another continent is already a shock for these horses, and the change of climate even more. Going through Nevada it was 110 F and that is HOT! Terry stopped regularly to hose down the horses, put icecubes in the water and was in contact daily during the whole trip. He even took pictures. I shall only ship with Majo Country transport from now on.

Comment: Terry has hauled across the continent for me four times now, bringing me eight horses. All have arrived in wonderful shape, and he's kept in touch daily along the way. I've recommended him to several friends who have also used him, and all have been perfectly happy with his service. I can't imagine better service - no one could be more concerned with the horses' well being.

Comment: Terry was wonderful! He took such good care of my baby gypsy. She traveled in style in a box stall with free access to hay and water and when she arrived, you'd never know she travelled from Missouri to California. Terry loves animals and takes wonderful care of your horse! He calls and updates you on their progress as well. I'd call Terry again any time I needed one of my precious ones trailered somewhere.

Subject: Highly Recommend!!
Comment: Terry has transported horses for me and several of my friends, most of whom own champion Morgan horses. He is conscientious, keeps constant watch over the horses, is an expert horseman in his own right so is able to "read" the horses moods and signs for changes of any kind. Terry is
the only person I will allow transport my horses and I have used several other transporters in the past--those days came to an end when a friend introduced me to Terry. If you want the best for your "kids", as I do,
then Terry is the man to get them safely where you need them to go.

Subject: MAJO will always be my first choice:
Comment: Last Fall I leased a Morgan mare and needed to transport her from Michigan to Washington state. This mare was to be bred before transport so I was feeling very protective of her and her potential offspring and wanted her transported in the most comfortable manner possible. I asked the stallion owner if she had a recommendation for any shippers that she had used and she sent me several. However, at the top of her list was Terry Hirneisen of Majo Country. Contacts were made, the trip planned and Terry was hired to do the job. And what a wise decision that was to be. Terry was wonderful about keeping in touch as he made his way across the country. And this mare made quite a trip. Terry had several to deliver and my girl was the next to the last to be delivered. I was a little concerned about how long she was to be on the road, but I shouldn't have been. She arrived in tip-top condition, was relaxed and happy, and had bonded with Terry like she had known him all her life. On board with her was a yearling colt who had never been hauled before. He too was very calm and quite unconcerned about the journey he had been taking. Terry off-loaded the colt into a stall here at our farm and then took husband Don and I out to dinner, so we got a chance to get to know this very interesting and caring man a little better before he was on his way the next morning. The next morning the colt loaded easily and Terry was once more on his way, leaving behind a very happy mare and a very happy new customer. Terry treats every horse on board as if it is his own. He puts their well-being first every step along the way, and it is obvious that the horses in his care are very much at ease. I would recommend Terry without reservation and he will always be my first choice when I need to have a horse transported.
